Desk research and stakeholder engagement with other charities and clinicians to produce a series of draft messages, creative strategy and outreach tactics. Aimed at people from underserved communities, e.g. specific ethnic groups and those living on a lower income in London boroughs.
Message testing and refinement via interviews with members of the public.
