I have 18 years experience of writing content and creating communications that make an impact.
During my career I have worked in both the public and private sectors, including the NHS, leading charities and commercial businesses.
I use my psychology masters degree to take a meticulous and thoughtful approach to my work. Creating impactful content and communications that makes a difference to your audience. Enabling your organisation to meet its goals.
My expertise covers content writing, copywriting, and strategic communications planning: including social media and campaigns.
With particular experience in turning complex topics into accessible and engaging content. Using behavioural science insight to optimise the engagement and impact of writing and other communications.
I have worked on many projects where the audience is people with accessibility needs. For example, those with lower literacy levels, learning disabilities, or with English as a second language.
As well as working on projects aimed at specialist, expert and B2B target groups.
